Actos 15 mg and side effects?

I am a type 2 diabetic, I have been on Actos 15mg for about a year now. I have gained 20 lbs of the 33 I originally lost before being put on Actos. I have water retention, constant hunger and I am starting to have problems with my teeth. I went online and started researching and am finding that a lot of the symptoms I am having are related to the Actos. Before I go speak with my doctor I wanted to talk to some real people who have had similar experiences. I know there are a lot of diabetics on this site and thought maybe they would be willing to share their stories with me.
