I just got an iPhone, and I am looking for some good apps that will help track eating and exercise when I'm on the go. Do any of you use something like this?

Map my run works good for tracking your running or biking. I love the mapping feature.

This is one of my blog entries. I tend not to use it on every run now that I have most of the places I run mapped. The problem with using the gps on the phone in continuous use is it drains the battery. Last week my wife and I went and walked on the beach. We used the mapping feature to check the distance from our current location to the parking lot that we started from. I was pleased to find we were 3.3 miles away.0 -
Cool, I'll check it out, thanks!0
