Do any of you put all your food in in the morning so you will know what you should eat and have a jist of it all. Sure you can go back add if you eat this or did not eat that. I think it helps me a lot. I am trying to work to a bigger calorie limit I think this will help a lot what are your guys point of views?

I plan my entire week's meals over the weekend so I never have to stress about it

I do it the night before when I pack my lunch. I tend to eat the same things frequently so its easy.

Yes, I plan ahead ... but I make sure to leave a bit of leeway.

I do it some days to make my day easier, like before I go to work so I don't have to do it later/forget. Mostly my husband does it while he cooks so he remembers to add each ingredient. I also sometimes do it to see if I have 'permission' to eat something I'm craving lol.

Like I'll put in my dinner plan and then a McFlurry and if it fits in my calories, I'm allowed it! Woo! If it doesn't fit, it means I need to exercise more and MAKE it fit dammit.

Yep! I often put a whole day's worth of food in the diary in the morning to let me know if I have room for any snacks etc in the calorie allowance for the day. Then I just adjust it as I go along if the portions or foods end up being slightly different than planned.
