Vacation!!!

Okay so I'm going on a surprise vacation tomorrow (just found out yesterday, haha) - to ORLANDO!!!! Aaaaaaaanyways....I don't want to totally sabotage my diet. So does anyone know of places in Universal Studios and Disney world (Magic Kingdom/Epcot) to eat that aren't totally horrible? I haven't been to Orlando since high school so I don't remember what the options are but I know they can't be good. Also, I'm flying there and staying a hotel so cooking is kind of not an option.
