C25K for Tradmill

I literally just heard of this today, and it sounds like exactly what I need! I'm curious about a few things though.. so hopefully someone can answer.

What speeds should you be going for this to be most effective? Speeds for both walking and running please?
What would you log it as?
How many days a week are you supposed to do this? I see there are 3 workouts listed/week.. so my guess is 3, just want to be sure.

Any other info or tips would be great.
