Any gone from 350+ to 200 or less?

I'm just trying to develop myself a good visual goal, so pics would be great. I was at over 300lbs for my entire adult life. In fact, over 330+ for most of that, with a measured high in the 360's and photos/clothing sizes tell me I was likely at 380+ at one point, but was unwilling to weigh-in (not to mention back then, no bathroom scales measured that high).
I'm at 283 now and hoping to be at below 200 within the next 1-2 years. Slow is fine, but I want it to be steady and permanent.
Thanks for any inspirational stories or pics!
