logging power 90?

Hi guys. just did my first day of power 90 tonight. circuits, I-II, using 2x 2.5 kg weights. on weigh in last week i was 202.25lbs. anyone know how many cals i should put in here? im getting a hrm next week for my birthday, but until then dont have anything.... any advice would be great!

I did day 8 this morning. Until I got my HRM I used MFP's cardio high impact aerobics for the P90 sweat day and circuit training for the P90 sculpt day.0
