Post Partum Workouts

Why hello there!!! I just gave birth 4 weeks ago and I'm feeling ready to start working out and toning my body. I know you are suppose to wait until you are 6 weeks pp but my body feels great. During my pregnancy I had only gained 14 lbs, which I'm already 11 lbs under pre-pregnancy weight. During my natural drug-free childbirth I had no rips or tears which could cause any delays in working out. However my stomach now looks like the elastic man from Ripleys Believe It or Not!
So my question is, what have you done, workout wise, to help tone back your stomach? How many times a week did you workout to get your body back? How long were your work outs? Were you on a certain diet?
