I take centrum, fish oil and arginine. Fish oil is good for your heart, just make sure you get entric coated unless you enjoy fishy burps.0

If your multivitamin is making you sick, it could be because its too strong. Try a childrens multi or find one that suggests taking 2 per day, but only take 1.
I also take a B-Complex and second the above poster with the fish oil!!0 -

I learned the hard way to not take vitamins and supplements on an empty stomach! They go in with food.0

I take a childrens chewable multivitamin because my stomach cant handle the adult ones. I also take a vitamin b complex and an omega 3 (fish oil) that also contains vitamin e and antioxidant fruits (lycium fruit, acai fruit, noni fruit).0

Ya think I am going to go back to the childrens and take B complex, vitamin C, vitamin D and fish oil.....does that sound about right????0 -
I take a generic women's multi-vitamin and glucosamine (I have pretty much no cartilage in my left knee, ouch ) I tried taking fermented cod liver oil for awhile, it's supposed to be really good for you, but it's basically as disgusting as it sounds. I should've sprung for the gel caps instead of being a tightwad and paying less for the liquid0

I take several vitamins including a multi, calcium, D3, C, and others. It helps for me to only get liquid softgel or capsule versions (no hard tablets of anything unless no other option). Best I can tell, this seems to help in digestion and absorption. The only tablet I think I take is an enzyme because I like the brand.0

Sam-e
Prenatel
Biotin
B-12
Relacore
With vitamins, make sure you follow the directions. Some of them you need to take with food others you don't. If you don't follow the directions they don't get absorbed right and you might as well not even take them.0 -

check out precisionnutrition
they say all we need as far as supplements are-
a multi vitamin- I get a gerneric at wal mart
a greens powder- I like the greens antioxidant complex by controlled labs
fish oil. I use controlled labs on this also (it is enteric coated)
and finally a protein powder if your foods arent supplying enough- I use micellar creme chocolate milk shake, its a cassein protein and gold standard whey, vanilla0 -
Unless you are big on dairy and dark greens, I would throw in some calcium. As a woman, take it now so you don't wish you had, later on.
I take a multi (don't know the brand, I just read for content then buy)
B 50 complex
magnesium
Glucosamine
Fish oil
Calcium with vit. D (total 1050 mg calcium. That along with healthy foods should cover me even though I'm non-dairy)
There are various reasons to take different things, and everyone is different. I take the magnesiumto help fight migraines and glucosamine because I'm 51 with arthritis in my neck & shoulders, but won't let it slow me down. Do what you need for you.0 -
Controlled labs Orange Triad multi and Controlled Labs Omega Fish Oil0

Vitamins used to make me sick to my stomach as well, even with food. I now take (when I remember GNC's Ultra Mega Green Vitapak. There are six tablets/capsules in little daily packets. There are a couple of multivitamins, a couple of calcium supplements, an omega-3 supplement, and a digestive enzyme supplement. I think it may be the digestive enzyme that makes all the difference. As long as I take the packet with food, I have no problems whatsoever. They are around $35 for a 30-day supply.0
