I am 4'10" and I am findingit si hard to lose my last 15 lbs

my goal weight is 125
my current wight is 142
my starting wight was 167

any help would be MUCH appreciated

  • Hi,I am TindyAL and I just joined...again.This might be my 2nd or 3rd time on fitness pal. I am 4'10 and 125 lbs, and would like to be at 110-105. I have been in that range before, and I feel best in there, but cannot keep my weight there for longer than a year...You have made some awesome progress! Congratulations! I was wondering if you work out a lot...or mostly maintain a certain amount of calories. Any suggestions you could give me would be great! Thanks.
  • Hi ladies! My name is Erin. I'm 4'10 as well and I can't get down from 125. Seems like I can never get to 115 or 110. I've been there a couple times but getting back is difficult. I used to regulate my meals, i would eat most of my heavy carbs during the day and eat light at night. That seemed to help. I also try to eat great during the week and cheat a little on the weekend. Doing that and adding in a day or two of exercise during the week used to do the job. Seems like it's not that easy anymore. I can't get over my hump. I've been slacking on exercise so I'm trying to get back into my routine. Please share any tips because my next step is someone's diet pill! :)
