I have figured out the secret to weight loss

the secret? I have had so much trouble losing weight in the past it is unreal, I have done all cardio, lifted lighter weights with more reps, more weights with less reps, tried jogging, running. I have tried about every diet that is out there. I have went low carb, south beach, low fat, low calorie this that and everything else! The secret about weight loss, dont care about weight loss! have the mind set that you are going to eat good clean food, you are going to workout because you enjoy it and not care what the stupid scale will say! make your goal to workout each day, and TRY to eat clean each day. And when you dont reach that goal, kick yourself in the rear and make sure you start the next day! thats my thoughts on weight loss! I have posted so many things in here about not losing, and got a lot of great advice, then I realized that what works for one dont work for all. I have always said in the past that im not losing so im gonna quit doing whats right. I like working out, I like the food and the energy I have but I am going to quit because something as small as a number has me discouraged so I will eat bad and feel like crap every day...not me anymore, not going to happen! I make a goal to complete this journey even if it takes me 5 years. I have been over weight for 14 years, so if I can get it off in 5, and I feel great doing it, then i will keep going! good luck to you all, I hope that this secret will keep you going!

    This is exactly how I feel!!! I have decided to change my life starting with the food I eat and the way I treat my body. I know longer beat myself up if the number doesn't change! I lift weights and I know muscle weighs more than fat so I see a pound as a good thing. I love working out too! I am completely addicted to it!

    What a great attitude to have and wonderful way to live your life and work though any struggle you may have.

    hope you guys do well! I have often been told it is a life style... its kind of like....if you want to be rich, you do the things rich people do, not exactly, but you do a lot of things they do in your own way, same thing with weight, if you want to be skinny, do things that those damn skinny people do! one day you will get there
