Some of you may remember these challenges from last summer.... well I'm starting one again on monday! Watch for that post!
If you'd like to get it on this go ahead and add me so you can watch for the post! This summer's challenge will be 14 weeks in length, from May 7th to August 6th! I will be starting a P90X and Insanity hybrid on Monday for this challenge so if you are interested in that this might be great for you!

I've fallen off the wagon and gained back most of what I lost last year... so I'm determined to get back to my skinny b*tch status!!!!

Let's get going and get into our bikinis ladies!!!!!!

    Be ready to weigh in tomorrow!!!
    And measurements!!! (If you don't do this already.... this will be great for you! Even if you don't see any movement on the scale..... measurements don't lie!!!)
    Chest (fullest part of your bust)
    Lt. Arm (flex... place measuring tape at middle of bicep.... then stop flexing and measure)
    Rt. Arm
    Waist (smallest part!)
    Hips (Thickest part.... usually of your bootay)
    Lt. Thigh (A good reference so you measure the same place every time is to measure the middle of your thigh..... make sure you write this down! )
    Rt. Thigh
    Lt. Calf (fullest part)
    Rt. Calf

    I'm in! Question, I have just started Cross Fit, but also have P90. Can I do three days of Cross Fit instead? Would you also describe the hybrid? I am running on my off days too. Excited!

    You can do whatever you would like to!! I am doing the scheduled P90X, without the Plyometrics and Kenpo days, and Insanity as scheduled without the plyometrics days. I also do the elliptical 5-6 days a week and long walks when I can! I know this sounds intense, but I have a race in the middle of July and I completely let myself go over the holidays and I have to kick my *kitten* to get ready for it!

    Thanks! I need just a plain ol kick in the *kitten* :). Thanks for the motivation to push some more! Now I just need to do some clean eating to go along with the sweating.
