I am tempted to wear my heart rate monitor for a whole day (through work)(sleep)(mowing) etc.. for a few days this week to get kind of an idea of what my typical BMR is?? Do you think they are pretty accurate when figuring the whole day or is it mainly just for excercise... Im just nervoous it will be like you burn 3000 cals a day then I will be like ohh i can eat more but it would really be off and I would gain tons and tons haha. ? haha

I tried it and the numbers were way higher than mfp's. Then I bought a bodybugg and my overall burns are close to the mfp numbers0
