Okay, so far ive been running on a treadmill doing Couch to 5 K. Tommorow i do 20 mins straight running and i run at 7 mph. I also do P90X. Ive saw the first month i didnt see any fat loss results and Kenpo X didnt really feel any challenge at all as far as cardiovascular. Plyo was alright, felt more of a leg work out, and Yoga, i just didnt have the patience for it. So really i do the strength training videos. And on the off days, i chose to pick up running. I saw a difference between day 30-60 and some difference between 60- now. I have about 2 weeks left till im done with the first round. Anyway, ive read somewhere that for fat loss, its best to keep your HR around 110-130? I know when i run, my HR is way over that. What is best?? I cant even really use the scale as my guide because ive been 230-227 for the past 2 months now. i just notice a tiny bit difference in the before and after pics.

Well, Jillian Michaels says the whole 'moderate heart rate' thing is a dinosaur. I rune 3-4 miles a day, and at first my RH would be 180ish. do you take measurements? they are WAY more accurate.0

Intervals would be pretty good. A good paced walk with bursts of sprints or running0
