I'm not talking about weight, specifically, but if you have certain weight loss goals, go ahead and list them!
my goals are:
1. to wear a size 9 in Levi's
2. to be able to run 2 miles without stopping
3. to be flexible enough to do the splits
i know i have more, but those are all i can think of right now! so tell me, what are yours?

ohhh and one other small one. Hit 200 days without chocolate or soda. I think I can do it. The BF% is the hard one though.0 -

1. Get those last 5 pounds off! I'm at 120, and mentally getting past that barrier to 115 is challenging.
2. Run/walk 5 miles/day 6 days/week. Currently, I'm at about 3.5-4 miles a day..
3. Get 8 hours of sleep every night. I now get about 7- 7/12.
4. Make the most of my new job, which starts in the fall and is the opportunity I've been dreaming of.
Finding time for #2-4 will be challenging, so giving up time-wasters in my life (TV, too much computer time) is essential.0 -

1. To get healthy! (So I can have more energy and not feel so sluggish)
2. More of a mental, slightly physical goal: I want to be able to love myself, again. (Battling with EDNOS has been a b*tch and a half. I hate what I've put my body through -with excessive excercise, restricting, purging, and lax abuse-. I just want to be able to look in the mirror and say "wow, I look amazing!")
3. To set a positive example for my family and encourage them to enjoy fitness with me
4. And.. I really want to start running outside, this summer. I've always been self-conscious about engaging in such an activity.. But I'm determined to not let my anxiety issues rule over my determination.
Also, to the OP - best of luck with your goals! I was on a dance/drill team in high school and the first stretch from this video - http://youtu.be/EFZJEw2ySJM - was AMAZING for helping me get my splits down.0 -
