Hi everyone,
I've been doing MFP since February and I love it! My husband and I are both working on weight loss...i was pregnant this winter and we lost the baby (my body is still trying to get back to normal at this point), so we are changing our focus to dropping some weight before we decide to try again. My wonderful hubby has dropped 45 pounds already and I have lost around 20! This really keeps me motivated and aware of what is going into my body and helps me to see how the exercise affects me. Love it here!
