    Builtfat atm I think, aiming between built and Bear Mode :D

    Who's judging? People are picking PREFERENCES of the body type they'd like to have.

    Currently between types.. Closer to Otter....going for centered between Otter and Athletic. Ripped might be too much for what I like to do..dance, sometimes competitively. I need a lot of flexibility. However, great core work has helped me a lot. Looking for more....but it burns so dang much! LOL

    In the builtfat phase, probably not leaving anytime soon either (stupid Dorito tacos). Coming from the obese stage, I am OK with builtfat.....

    Gotta admit I love builtfat. Cuddly but strong, and makes me feel better about my own squishy bits :wink:

    I was chubbyfat but am a hardgainer so I am going to totally skip athletic on my way to the swimmer. It sucks...

    I think it's funny that Derek Poundstone is in the "fat" spectrum. I'll take something between that and the "built" picture I suppose.

    well somewhere in between. You're definitely athletic/ripped. The built guy just still looks a bit bigger than me

    So funny that with males there's no drama. We look at the pics and say to ourselves "yeah, that'd be cool" and then just do it. The female one I did has a few of them ridiculing me for even starting the thread and even one of them accusing me of misogyny. Lol, post something with good intention and then have it get lambasted.

    I remember a thread on T-Nation about that guy and some other pics of him. He's actually a powerlifter that got into physique 'sports'. That's him at ~275 I believe. "Carb depleted" not sure what that means though.

    Carb depleted means that their muscles are "flat" because of lack of glycogen and water in the cells. When they carb up, the muscle "fills" up and looks fuller.

    Ripped/athletic and built are my top two preferences.

    Builtfat and bearmode are okay, too. The swimmer guy doesn't look bad, but I feel like I could probably beat him up, and that is not sexy.
  • Swimmer (Otter Mode) is what I am gunning for!

    I have the built fat thing. I am curious to see what happens once (if) the fat can go away because frankly, I would take any of them without the fat (and not doing the powerlifting). Cheers!
