Keep losing, then gaining

I am frustrated! For the past few months I've been losing and re-gaining 4-6 pounds. Everytime I see the loss on the scale I get so excited, and then the next morning it's up one or two pounds. Two days later, it's up two more pounds. Then, I usually end up adding in an extra workout or cutting back on bread and snacks, and I'm back down four pounds again. It's such a rollercoaster. I want to stick to the weight I lose and stay down from there!
Does this make sense? Anyone relate or have some tips?

Yea, you're cutting carbohydrates, losing 4 lbs, and then eating them normally again and gaining the weight back. No surprise. Cutting back carbs results in a loss of glycogen which translates to a hefty loss of scale weight but not fat weight. You're losing water and sugar, and putting it back again. Stop that and your weight will normalize.0

I've been doing EXACTLY the same thing since December! (I only weigh myself once a week though.) :grumble:
I think my body is just telling me that it doesn't want to lose anymore weight! I'd LIKE to, just to have a little leeway, since I LOVE to eat! :laugh:0 -
Cutting carbs will do that. That is why Atkins is a huge failure!!0

Thanks for the help guys. I am eating protein too as much as possible with all my meals, I just try to cut back on the extras when I feel like i can't fit in my clothes--like hamburger buns, and dessert and stuff I figure I can live without if I have to.
I love to eat too! Feel hungry all the time....0
