Fat percent in a week ?

Hi I am looking at my weekly totals,

What is a recommended fat percentage per week ?

I have
51% carbs
33 % Fat
15% Protein

Thats for this week so far, I assume you need to have fat in your diet but what is the lowest recommended intake ?
Im not too clued up on this. Any advice much appreciated folks.

    id lower your carbs and increase your protein!!

    i have my settings at 40 carb, 30 fat, 30 protein... i dont always hit those numbers, but i try my hardest...

    I do 50 carbs, 30 protein, and 20 fat, well at least I try to. If you are working out a lot you need the carbs, unless you want to feel tired all the time. There was a thread not too long ago on here with a ot of good information. I will try to find it and post a link for ya

    when you say you have your settings... what do you mean, can you set my fitness pal differently instead of calories ?

    ** just found it on the online version... i am used to the iphone version so dont see this properly to change.
