30 Day Shred

Just bought this dvd and was wondering how many day's a week do people use this. I am switching from Power90 which I did 6 days a week.

    I did it every day when I got it (skipped only one weekend when I was away) but a lot of people do take a day off so that will work too. Good luck & have fun :smile: (and watch your form to protect your knees!)

    I do it everyday, but then again I'm used to volleyball conditioning every single day so I haven't really felt like I've needed a break. Just do what you're body tells you to do (:

    If I had stuck to this properly I would have finished it all already. However I usually only end up doing it a few times a week. I'm useless so I'm still on Day 3 - Level 2!

    I'm now on level 1 day 10 and haven't let myself take a break yet! I know many do take days off but still manage awesome results!

    I just started 30DS on the first. I was going to try to do it everyday, but I realize that's nearly impossible, plus your body needs the rest. I'm going to allow myself one rest day during each 10 day level. I chose this past friday as my rest day for level one. I'm not giving myself a set day because I want to be able to save my rest day for a day I really feel I need it or a day where I'm just too busy to squeeze it in.

    I've stopped and started this too many times so what i think will work this time for me is to take no break, so im starting it today and i will finish it! Good Luck :)
