How do you log workout tapes? No HRM

Hi everyone! I just wondered how would you log a workout tape without having an HRM? I was thinking aerobics but I was curious what other people do. I am going to start trying some different tapes....

aerobics sound good. i dont think there is any accurate way without getting a HRM0
