Does anyone on here own a Bowflex? If so, when you're adding in your exercises, do you just put it as "strength training"?

I used the specific exercises I did on the Bowflex under the strength training category.
I can't really tell what the resistance is on mine, though. It is old and the bows are worn out. or I'm a lot stronger than I think I am0 -
I entered my own workout [Advanced General Workout (Bowflex)] under the Cardiovascular category. I track the time and calories burned using a heart rate monitor.
The Bowflex Extreme 2 allows me to combine a cardiovascular and strength workout into one because I can move quickly from each exercise. Usually I'll start with a 5-10 minute warm-up on a treadmill or elliptical, then start my Bowflex workout.0
