Cardio without running?

Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new to MFP so bear with me if someone else has asked similar recently.
I have acquired a couple of stress fractures in my lower legs so I can't run at all or even walk particularly far. Swimming is difficult because I live a long way from a pool and also I can't really afford a gym membership either or else I'd try an elliptical machine!
In the mean time I do some intense callisthenics (squats with kettle bell swings, diamond push ups, normal push ups, plank, forward kettlebell rows etc) every other day, but the main focus is on the top half of my body. I manage to burn about 360 cals per 30 minutes of this, but I'm looking for some cardio I can do which wouldn't involve impact on my legs.
Does anyone have any recommendations for no leg impact cardio? Or do you think I should just continue with the callisthenic type stuff and that will be enough? Thanks

My other half says this too (and it really is!), but I'm looking for something I can do between callisthenics days! :-)0 -
punches-feet hip width apart, slight to deep bend in knees, punch the air
windmills-feet hip width apart, abs tight, arms locked straight, bring arms around and across body in tandem
arm crosses-feet hip width apart, begin with body/arms forming a "T", swing arms in front of body, bend elbows, bring hands to shoulders, swing back out.
personally, i wouldn't be able to visualize any of that, had i not already seen it: jillian michael's 30 day shred.0 -
See if your gym has one of these:
It's an arm ergometer...
ETA: sorry, should have read your OP a bit better. Maybe you could rig up a similar contraption at home0
