depends on how big you are to begin with.
you may be able to tell but don't be surprised if no one else does unfortunately, but don't let that get you down.
go to the grocery store and hold a 10 pound bag of potatoes and you can feel better about that accomplishment

I just lost that much and I can tell. It depends on how much you have to lose in all. I have about 20 lbs. left to go.
