Shall I eat back my exercise calories today?!

Please can somebody take a look and see whether I should or not? Or maybe suggest what I could add in to improve it?

    Yes, do eat them back or at least 75% to account for error.

    Absolutely, eat them back. You're 650 calories under your target today, and your target already includes a 500-1000 calorie deficit (depending on whether you selected 1, 1.5 or 2 pounds per week target weight loss). 1100-1600 calorie deficit is too much; eat some food. :smile:

    I feel like I've already eaten a lot today! Don't know where I'm going to fit the eating in... Working 5 - 10 without a break.. Hmmmmm

    Doesn't necessarily have to be all food. You could drink some fruit juice instead of water at some point, etc.
