Hey everyone. It's been a while since I posted here. I feel kind of bad about that since I've had people reply to MY posts and haven't been online to reply to anyone else's. I DID want to tell you about this awesome website I've subscribed to recently: www.fitorbit.com. It hooks you up with a real personal trainer online. It's $10/week which is a lot less than a real-life personal trainer, and you get workout plans and meal plans made for you. I really like it and wanted to share it with everyone here.
