recipes?

I have been on the site for about 35 days and love it. I am trying to eat healthy and keep my calories under or just a little over, but I am trying to add recipes and I am finding that it is difficult to add the exact amounts of ingredients. It only has a few choices to pick from and usually it is not what I need.

I love to bake and have found many great sites and use their recipes, but can't add them to my diary.

Anyone have an answer?

    I think the more simple and natural your food is cooked is the best and easiest. My Favorite is Lean Ground Turkey and rice. You can make a hamburger or tacos out of Ground turkey. Sometimes I mix Pasta sauce in the turkey with about half as much pasta mixed in the Ground turkey. All these make great lower fat meals. Good Luck on your Journey.
