I lost my first 10 pounds in 4 weeks. Now after 5.5 weeks I have gained a pound back. I don't see how that can be as I don't exceed my daily calorie limit (1750) and I run 4 or 5 times a week. I need to lose 40 pounds, 30 to go....how can I be stuck after only 10 pound loss? I don't believe that phrase "it's muscle gain."
