So I thought I would share the ingredients of the oatmeal I've been making that I eat every other day almost. So good!
1/2 cup oatmeal (One minute or old fashioned depending on the texture you like your oatmeal!
1 cup antioxidant blend frozen fruit (dark berries)
1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein ( I use gold standard extreme chocolate)
3 tablespoons of Chocolate pb2 (powdered peanut butter)
Microwave berries until warm and a bit watery, then add oatmeal with a SMALL amount of water. Cook about a minute until ready. Stir in 1/2 scoop of whey protein and chocolate pb2. Eat up...YUM YUM!! Adjust the water amount to your desired thickness. This oatmeal comes out thick with the pb2.
