should I do yoga then gym?

Ive been going to my Bikram Yoga class than going to the gym. Anyone know if I should be doing my stretching before of after?

Interesting question. One would think that before would be good as a warm up stretch. Then again, it would be a nice cool down after working out. I'd be curious to see what others think as well.0

Thats what I thought (but Bikram yoga is hardley a cool down)0 -
Heck, I don't think it matters. I do a hot yoga class on Saturday mornings followed by a trx class. They both kick my but in two different ways.
At least for me, the yoga is super hard.0
