I have lost 7 pounds in 55 days. I have not lost a lot of weight but I am very happy with the other benefits i have gained. Because I exercise 3 or more times a week I feel a lot better in my back and more energized. My children , a 9 and 11 year old, are interested in taking walks with me and even joining in on my aerobics. My 11 year is more aware of her eating and my 9 year old was able to tell her class about healthy food choices before the teacher even discussed the issue on health and fitness week. She even understood the importance of calories and exercise. My fiancee is talking about his health and now planning on walking more with me in the park. I am happy that my family is so supportive and learning to be so aware of a healthy life style themselves. I think the changes we all have made is a huge benefit even if I haven't lost a huge amount of weight yet.
