Hello everyone,
I joined MFP today and I am very excited to begin. I am not new to dieting because I have struggled with my weight for a long time. I have lost 38 pounds so far and I have 37 to go. Half way there!
I look forward to taking this journey with you all.
P.S Does anyone know of an active group for people with 50 plus pounds to lose?

I would recommend a personal trainer. I have recently started the horrible weight loss path myself... This time I hired a personal trainer named Joey and he is already showing me things that I had no idea about! One thing that impressed me was the fact he told me what was wrong with my body when I explained hip problems and other complications immediately. He explained me having a desk job was a major problem and showed me positions and equipment to use to work out to alleviate the afflicting problem he called knots. He grabbed a “Rolling Rock” and showed me how to properly work out the knots from my body. It was an agonizing task, but when I left I felt like a teenager again! In addition, he exercise and diet program is fairly simple and to the point. I do not have to eat card board just make smart choices! His workout program was designed specifically to my abilities and levels giving me the feeling of accomplishment when I left and not failure! Oh btw, for alleviation of pain he recommended amino acid. Do you have any recommendations for me?0
