    This. You have all the time in the world to keep making healthy choices. Nothing bad will happen if you get delayed a short while. You're human. Just make sure you don't stop altogether and you will be successful :)

    I don't think you did any damage at all. Just get back on track and don't dwell on it! I have had those days too and it didn't really do much...as long as it isn't a habit!

    The ultimate goal behind exercising and eating healthy is so that we can enjoy life longer and happier. It allows us to HAVE those times where we can let loose and ENJOY LIFE! You obviously realize that it's not an every day thing...likely not even an every week activity. So now,eat healthy, continue your exercise and continue to enjoy life, keeping the memories you made as a reason to keep on going.
