I need some ideas for easy breakfast/lunch ideas. I need stuff that can be made the night before. I work from 6-2 M-F and I do horrible with those 2 measl. lol Usually 3 days a week I will have a "green" smoothie and a small snack with it. So I really only need like 2 days worth of breakfasts. Lunch is always just a sandwich or a tv dinner. Boring...lol Help!!

You might consider making batch meals. Like a casserole, then split it up into single servings. You can freeze multiples of these and use them over several weeks. Hubby and I do this as I work nights. Keeps us from eating poorly and from eating the same 5 things every week.

Try making a low Cal egg bake using egg beaters and lots of veggies. Should last you a few days aproteinnd you can have for breakfast or lunch. Protein shakes are quick and easy as well.

    Fresh fruits and veggies

Turkey (or chicken) wraps on multi-grain/low carb tortillas. There is a great brand called Tumaro's. Very low calories and carbs. *I like to add to mine peppers, or spinach, sometimes black beans. It's very tasty!

    Plain green yogurt

    Protein shakes

Make a healthy lasagna (vegetarian for example or if you want meat, use ground turkey) and cut into individual portions when cooked and freeze. Thaw day or two before.

Quaker quick oats is very quick, put some fresh fruit on top.
