Getting back on track!

So, this is actually my first post. I first found Myfitnesspal about a year ago, but it took me until around last August to really start using it. Around that time I was working 2 jobs, about 55-65 hours a week. Several days a week I would be out of the house from 8 am until 1 am working. That actually made it really easy for me to track my calories and stick with my plan for the day because I couldn't leave work to go find more food and had to stick with what I brought myself. After I lost my first 20 pounds from diet alone, my boyfriend had started to lose a little bit of weight too. He got committed to helping us out and we started going for walks at night whenever we had free time. Since September I have gone from getting a side stitch and dieing after jogging for 2 minutes, to jogging 3 miles non stop. It takes me about 40 minutes because I"m slow, but It's my biggest success!
For the last month and a half I've been continuing to go to the gym a couple days a week, but I completely stopped logging my food. I almost never log everything for the day, but I try to keep a running total in my head so that I know what I've got left. I've always been a compulsive eater and I have so much trouble turning down any food I'm offered. If it's on my plate, I WILL eat all of it, regardless of how hungry I feel. For me, it's been a struggle to learn to leave even one bite of my food unfinished and it took months to teach myself what "full" feels like.
Enough rambling! I have been putting myself in a bad mood over not losing more weight, so I just wanted to post this to remind myself how far I've come, and that I can make it to my goal.
