Treadmill Workout WITHOUT Running - Know of one?

Anyone have a good calorie burning treadmill workout that does NOT require running? I don't mind inclines but I do not want to run and everything I have found on the internet involves running. Anyone know of one?

    You can either walk, run, or do incline. Nothing much else to do.

    Do you have an iphone? If so, check out lolo Beatburn. It sets up progressively challenging interval workouts for you and syncs up your music to your workout. You can choose walk, walk/jog or run, and also beginner, intermediate or advanced levels. It mixes up speed and incline and really gets you working hard.

    I do the advanced walking program and it is HIGH INTENSITY, but I don't ever have to run. I can burn 500 cals in 45 minutes, and my HR stays at the top of my fat burning range for most of the workout.

    I highly recommend these workouts, especially if you are looking for intense intervals without running. It's doing the trick for me!

    you can get good workouts walking while working with inclines. you can just come up with your own challenging program.

    why not try doing intervals where you walk as fast as you can on a high incline? how about choosing a speed and gradually increasing the incline? there are a multiple things you can do with the incline, just get creative and try them

    If you go onto Youtube there is a Tracy Anderson Treadmill Routine. It has two parts, a warm up and the workout. It is her take on dance cardio but on the treadmill. It might look silly but it is great to break up the daily grind on the treadmill. I downloaded the video onto my phone and take it with me. I do the warm up and then the workout 2 or 3 times. You can also just learn the moves and make up your own combo.
