Hi Fitness Pal Friends
Just one question - should I eat 1200 kal by MFP or my BMR net which is 1480 kal - with no exercise???
Advice would be much appreciated!!!

Check this table out. You may be trying to lose weight too fast. Don't put your settings to lose 2lbs/week if it's not right for you.0
