I have just leant about TDEE but i dont really understand it. Can someone please explain it or give a good website which can help me.

TDEE is simply the number of calories you can eat on a daily basis and you will neither gain nor lose weight. If you eat above it, you gain weight. If you eat below it, you lose weight.0
