Hi!

Okay I'm new here and don't get me wrong...sometimes I get really hungry and I satisfy myself to my calorie limit, but on other days, I find myself having a greater level of satiety, so I just don't eat as much...and I'll find that I have only had 900-1000 calories a day as opposed to my limit which is 1200. Is this okay/bad/worrying?

Thank you for reading this! I just need a bit of help

Are you eating healthy fats like olive oil, peanut butter, nuts, or avavados? They are good for you. Also, are you eating any "diet" versions of foods? If so, switch to the regular version of the food instead. Make sure you are hitting your micronutrients (proteins, fats, etc.) You want to make sure to nurish your body. Don't worry, you will still lose weight. Hang in there.

Thank you for your reply :) Yes I cook with olive oil and if I don't have red meat or chicken I have lentils instead for protein, I either have milk/butter/cheese a couple of times a week so my fat intake should be okay right? I'm not really having diet versions of stuff, sometimes low fat cheese but that's about it! :)
