I have noticed that when I bench press, do pushups, or tricep extensions it feels like something in my left arm is pinching. I'm not lifting too heavy or anything like that. It's ok when I start then towards my last set, it starts to pinch, and my arm gets real weak, and I feel like I'm going to drop my weight.
Anyone know what could be going on?

what section of your arm? sounds like a ligament tightening up, where are these exercises in your routine? beginning? middle? end? You may need to do a warm up, also never benchpress without a spotter in case you do hae problems. I think you have a smith machine as well? I have heard some issues with those and lifting0

You should get checked out by a doctor. Just in case, something maybe pinching. If not, at least you know it's ok.0
