I don't normally do myself as a proof but I thought that it was REALLY motivating that I haven't cringed in the last few photos I've taken of myself... or others have taken... I actually go, "Wow that chick is skinny!"

I've been on MFP for a year and 1 month.

Stats: Starting Weight: 208
Current Weight: 148
Goal Weight: 140

I eat a net of 1800 calories a day and exercise pretty mildly. (working on this part!)

I think my biggest thing was getting rid of the binging of crackers.

With weight loss has come a few other things including taking care of myself more and dressing better.
I don't feel like a bum. :smile:
If ******I****** can do it so can anyone else in the world.

I'm still wanting to lose another 15 lbs.
