Joined on April 22, 2012. Started counting the calories on April 23, 2012 and have lost 16 pounds in 14 days. My wife has lost 7 pounds in one month and she told me about MFP, so figure I would try it out. I exercise alot normally, but have lost no weight over the past year or two, but watching what I eat for the past two week while exercising like I usually do and I have lost 16 pounds. My goal is to lose 84.8 pounds by next summer, June 2013, but only have 68.8 pounds to lose now.I figured I will probably lose alot at first, then it will slow down alittle, plateau then hopefully will lose more again. Time will tell.
