I have been on here EVERYDAY for 20 something days and I seem to be stuck. Before this I did WW for 13 weeks and didn't loose anything. I am usually right under my target for calories. Any other advice? TIA!!

You need to open up your diary, that will help with getting suggestions.

Probably not enough info to give any sort of sensible answer, but if it helps with encouragement I set myself a 10 lb weight-loss challenge for April and despite being really careful lost about 2 lbs the whole month. This month I decided 5 lbs would probably be more realistic and suddenly the weight's started dropping off, and I haven't really been doing anything significantly different, just sticking at it!

You may want to measure everything going in to be 100% positive because I know darn well my eyes are filthy liars! I got a postal scale for my side work and use it to measure my nuts meats whatnots.

    WOW! Thanks for the responses.
I opened up my diary. I really think I am eating too much protein.
I am not working out consistently.
    Thanks!!

Your protein is fine. You should be above 60 grams a day so you do not even meet that most days. Protein keeps you full longer and helps repair muscle. Don't cut that. If anything up it and remove some carbs.

IMHO your issue is that your not tracking sodium..your good at staying in numbers but you choose to eat very high sodium foods and high calories...u need to try to eat more meals that arent so processed.......
