oatmeal...it makes me want to gag just thinking about it.0

Chicken, rather. It's the easist cheapest high protein food to reach for, but I am beginning to think I may start growing feathers and clucking, so currently including more fish!0
-
cottage cheese - the runny peach kind did me in0

I am kind of getting sick of Fish....And I fish almost every day. I just throw them back now.0

When I was a kid my dad packed my lunch, and gave me a banana. Every. Single. Day.
After awhile, just thinking about bananas made me want to gag.
That was a long time ago, though, and bananas are once again one of my favorite fruits
Now though, I would have to say that I am starting to get over egg beaters, which is a shame because they're fairly cheap and a great source of protein. I'm not quite at the point where I want to cut it out all together, but i think if I eat too much, I'll get there.0 -
Almonds and eggs here. I may try some of the flavored almonds to bring their mojo back0
-
Yogurt, I ate it everyday for breakfast for two years and now I cant even bring it to my lips without gagging.0

You know, I used to think Lean Cuisine meals were healthy..... Oh, how naive.
The thought of eating one now makes me shudder.0 -
Broccoli! Used to love it and had it for dinner almost every night. Can't stand it now!!0
-
Cottage cheese. I need a break from it for at least a week or 2. I used to love it so much, and I'm starting to dread eating it.0

I was obsessed with Greek yogurt for awhile. For breakfast, snacks, in dips, smoothies, etc. Now, not so much into it.0

I have'nt been dieting long enough to get sick of anything...but I never liked the berry smoothie protein shakes much, unless I added fresh berries as well.0
-
Green beans. I did the atkins diet a long time ago and it really made me hate green beans.0

You could always try Pecans instead, I know they cost abit more but mix them with a few dates...yummy!0

for all the people sick of almonds have walnuts or pecans--walnuts are a great source of omega 3s!0

This.is.hilarious!
Getting tired of my lunches... last Sunday I pre-made all of them for the entire week but with little variety. All had either 5oz of chicken or turkey, spinach, and assorted veggies. This week I've pre-made through Wednesday but we had a party yesterday so I am trying to go through all the food so it's not wasted. My Thursday self will proclaim to be sick of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and chicken...0 -
chicken is not tasting quite as flavorful no matter how I cook it. cucumbers are starting to taste bad too.0
-
OH and I over-bought Greek Yogurt last time I went grocery shopping, I have about 6 Fage 0% that the "best by" date is Wednesday.0

I know what you mean! Coming to the realization of the difference between trying to get thin and trying to get healthy has been life changing. I wouldn't put that poison in my body ever again.0 -
I ate yogurt at least twice a day when I was pregnant with my twins. Now that they're almost 5yrs, I'm just getting to where I can eat it again without gagging or just letting them expire in the fridge. Oatmeal is kinda getting to me now though.0
-
Great point about trying to be thin versus healthy. . .
I really can't stand bananas but they are they really tide me over so I just keep eating them.0 -
