Hi I am looking for people to motivate me and help me along the way. I often eat because I get bored and depression. I have a desk job so I pretty much sit all day long. I have a gym membership and hate going by myself so I don't like going. My other half doesn't need to lose weight so he wont go with me. I am hoping maybe to find some motivation along the way. I often diet for a few days and then fall off the band wagon. Any help or motivation is appreciated

I'm the exact same way, desk job and sit all day, gym membership and not going enough, other half though is heavier than I am and has no intention on loosing weight, still need friends to keep me motivated. Add me as your friend and we'll keep each other motivated.0
