Question : I have been doing a 5 Day Split Workout that also splits my Cardio up over the hour . So I start with 12 Minutes of running , Then move to 3 different Weights, then Elliptical for 10 Minutes , then Move to 3 Different Weight Sets , then finish with Running for 10 mins . Do you think this is Considered a Circuit to log or should I log each item differently . I do move the WHOLE 60 minutes from one to the other and sweat like crazy .......How should I log this ?

Wear a HRM and create your own exercise titled "Mustangsally's circuit" and in your exercise notes just describe what you did.
It won't be added the to the whole MFP exercise database but you'll be able to see it and log it0 -
I do pretty much what you describe with my trainer. I started wearing a HRM and record it as cardio Gymname HRM0

I don't have a heart rate monitor but how much do you burn for this type of exercise ? And where and how much is a Heart Rate Monitor ?0 -
The calories burned varies on person due to age, gender, height weight, fitness level, and effort put in.
HRM can be bought online, at Walmart, Target, any sporting goods store.
And one with a chest strap is 50$ and up which is the type you should invest in for this0
