I am in love with stringless sugar snap peas!! I love to keep a bag at work. I try not to snack at work tho, cos I just sit on my butt in an office all day. :ohwell:0

I take Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds. A serving is 24, but I eat about 4-8 at a time (they aren't real tiny). 8 Almonds are 53 calories, 5g fat, 1g fiber and 2g protein. A few at a time quelch my hunger and cravings. They are also very good for you.0

I buy the 100 calorie snacks all the time and special k they have pretzela nd chocolate for 90 calories. I buy the small bags of smart pop and eat that I also drink a lot of water to keep me full. I drink one pop a day and thats at lunch. Thats diet pop to!0

I like fruit (strawberry, kiwi, apples, grapes, blueberries)
Low-cal string cheese / cottage cheese
Natures Valley Fruit and Nut Bars
Snap Pea Crisps (whole foods / trader joes) -- delicious!
Chicken Salad with Ak Mak Crackers (these crackers are so filling - 5 for 115 calories)
Fruit Roll-up for something sweet (50 calories)
Motts No sugar added applesauce (50 or 60 cal - can't remember)
Hummus and Carrots or Celery0
