Bucket list and goals

Since I've lost weight I have found so much more energy. When I started last May: wanted to lose 50 pounds, check. I wanted to run a 5k, check, completed two weeks ago. I wanted to be able to help with my sons baseball team and be able to run with him, check, doing that now. Wanted to get to a size 10, check. Now goal is an 8.

Now I have 30 more pounds to go and a few new goals and a bucket list!
Why waste this life I was given?
Why not go out and live?

I've just started thinking about this but here's a few things.

White water rafting.
Kayak
Hike the Appalachia trail, in sections
Run a marathon
Participate in the local Marine Mud run
Start biking the blue ridge parkway and gain the courage to actually bike local trails
Deep sea fish

And the biggest is win the biggest loser Roanoke competition that starts May 19. (not associated with the tv show)

    Wow...congratulations on your accomplishments

    I would want to
    Lose 50lbs
    Run a 5k
    Not be self conscious or make excuses when invited to events
    Be proud of how I look
    Be happy about buying clothes and getting dressed

    Let's do this!!!
