If you can't lift heavy due to lack of heavy weights, what is the next best thing to do until you can get heavy weights? All I currently have weight wise is a set of 10 pound dumbbells and a 30 pound toddler
I have a variety of Jillian Michael's DVDs; would they be a reasonable alternative until I get a better weight collection? Or should I focus on doing more weight bearing exercises (especially ones using your own body weight) and just do more reps with my lighter weights?
