Do I give in to the craving?

I have been on this healthy eating kick for going on 6 weeks now. Today of all days I have a craving for something sweet like a piece of pie or cake or ice cream. Do I give into the craving? or fight it and move on? I have been able to do without the sweets so far, avoiding them when we have donuts, cookies etc at work, but today the craving is strong.
